This weekend sees the states best Junior touch footballers decend on Orange for the NSW Junior Regionals. Players and Coaches from Hills Hornets have been selected for their regions in record numbers. There are a total of 28 Hornets players representing Sydney Scorpions, and 5 playing for the Sydney Rebels.
The selection process is extremely competitive so, to get such a large representation from Hills Hornets is a fantastic achievement. What’s more, as well as fantastic representation across all divisions, 4 players have been chosen to captain their respective Teams:
- Matt Curl – 18 Boys Captain
- Maggie O’Reilly – 18 Girls Captain
- Mackenzie Davis – 16 Girls Captain
- Logan Lemusu – 14 Girls Captain
The 2021 Junior Regionals will be held on Saturday, May 1 to Sunday, May 2, 2021 at the Waratah Sports Ground, Orange NSW.
